Do you have size in your clothes?

Yes we do, we have S, M, and L. So please do check the measurement before your purchase.

Are your items ready stock?

Yes, all items are ready stock, except stated otherwise in the description.

I have received my package. Unfortunately, there is some defect in the product. What should I do?

We apologize for our mistake, and please kindly email us to support@everywear.id, and we will give you instructions to return it to us.
All shipping fees will be paid by us (both returns and sending it back).

The product I received does not fit me well (It is too big or it is too small). What should I do?

Don't worry, you can exchange it other size. However, return and exchanges should be done maximum 5 days after you receive the package.

Can i refund the money if the product does not fit me well?

No, you can't we only accept exchange the product you buy to another size within the same model

Can I exchange or return sale item(s)?

No you can't, sale items are not refundable or exchangeable, except if there is any defect in our item.

Will the sold out items be back in stock?

Some of our items MAY be back in stock. Subscribe to our social media for the latest update

I made an order but I forgot to check out and the items that I want are out of stock. Can I order those items again?

If you haven’t checked out, your order has not saved in our system, so you can’t order those items again unless it’s back in stock.



Can I do the payment using credit card?

Unfortunately no, we only accept payment through bank transfer

How can I track my order?

You can sign in into your account, and check the order history. We also give you a tracking URL of your order to your e-mail.

How can i track my 'exchange' status?

I haven’t got my order, it has been late for couple days. Where is my order?

Kindly email us to support@everywear.id, there might be possibilities of delay caused by the shipping courier.
We will try to help you as much as we can.
Note: if your order is sent during public holiday, there may be some delays.

Oops! I accidentally placed my order with the incorrect shipping address. What should I do?

If you’ve just finished placing your order, please call us and we’ll update the address before the order ships from our fulfillment center.

Oops! I accidentally placed my order with regular delivery shipping, but I need the order tomorrow!

If you’ve just finished placing your order, please call us and we’ll try to modify your order to next business day shipping.
Please know that an additional shipping charge may apply.

What type of courier do you used?

We use JNE for domestic and DHL for International shipping. If you prefer any other courier service please call us.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship overseas.
